1.10 Payment terms and Payment Method(s);
1.10.1 Credit Card - Authorisation is obtained on confirmation of order, once the goods have been despatched to customer the credit card is debited with the agreed amount.
1.10.2 Deposit – exact amounts need to be deposited with clear reference numbers completed (including the order number and customer name), cheques will require a 14-day clearance period. Unpaid deposit orders will be cancelled if not paid within 7 days.
1.10.3 Standard Bank Autopay – The customer is required to logon to the standard bank site and payment will be effected immediately.
1.11 Enforcement of age restrictions is the responsibility of the customer.
1.12 ‘Out of Stock’ – Should an item be out of stock, either before placing an order or after an order number is confirmed, Mediaplum.com reserves the right to cancel said order and will only be liable to refund the customer; this will be the limit of our liability. Every effort will go into sourcing ‘out of stocks’, before a refund is given.
1.13 Mediaplum.com reserves the right to cancel an order.
1.14 Pricing errors may occur, and should this be the case, Mediaplum.com reserves the right to cancel an order and refund the customer, should the customer not wish to pay the higher price.
1.15 Should Mediaplum.com not be in a position to fulfil an order for any reason whatsoever, a full refund will be given to the customer.
1.16 Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and are only redeemable at Mediaplum.com; expiry dates are firm and will not be altered.
1.17 Damages & Faulties; all goods purchased on this site will not be refunded if damaged or faulty, Mediaplum.com will replace said article with a working item.
1.18 Mediaplum.com will take all reasonable steps to ensure privacy of personal information, no personal information will be sold or offered to a third party. Mediaplum.com will use personal particulars for user profiling within Mediaplum.com.
